Pricing depends on several factors:
General guidelines:
We’ll provide a custom quote for your specific project.
Stitch count is the total number of stitches in your design. More stitches mean more time on the machine and more thread, which affects the price.
Simple logos are usually around 5,000–10,000 stitches. Highly detailed or large designs can run 20,000–40,000+ stitches.
We calculate stitch count when we digitize your artwork.
Yes. Digitizing converts your artwork into a file our embroidery machines can read.
Once your design is digitized, we keep it on file, and you won’t pay the digitizing fee again for that same design.

If you don’t have print-ready artwork, we can often help clean up or recreate your design.
Common embroidery sizes:
Some hat styles have height limitations; we’ll review your design and recommend the best size.
Absolutely. We specialize in hat embroidery, including structured and unstructured hats, truckers, snapbacks, dad hats, and beanies.
We can also add side and back embroidery for numbers, flags, or additional logos.
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment.
Rush options may be available depending on our production schedule. Let us know your deadline when you request a quote.
Yes. We run a sample sew-out to confirm that your design looks good in thread before full production.
We’ll typically send a photo of the sew-out for approval. Physical samples can be arranged if needed.
We stock a wide range of professional embroidery threads, including standard colors, earth tones, military tones, neons, and metallics.
If you have specific brand colors or Pantone values, we’ll match them as closely as possible.
Yes. We can personalize items with names, titles, and player numbers.
Personalization is typically an additional $5–$10 per item, depending on placement and stitch count.
We can embroider customer-supplied items with a signed waiver. Because we don’t control the garment quality or construction, embroidery on customer-supplied items is done at your own risk.
If a garment is damaged during production, we are not able to replace it, but we do everything possible to prevent issues.
Yes. As long as we’re using the same embroidered design, you can mix sizes, colors, and even different garment styles in a single order.

We’ll follow up with a quote and a digital mockup for approval before we begin production.
We accept common payment methods such as cash, major credit/debit cards, and online invoices or payment links.
A deposit may be required on larger orders, with the balance due at pickup or prior to shipping.
Yes. Once your design is digitized, we store it for future use. This makes reorders faster and more affordable because there’s no additional digitizing fee for the same design.
Absolutely. We regularly work with schools, churches, nonprofits, small businesses, trades, and teams.
Tell us who the garments are for and how they’ll be used (workwear, spirit wear, fundraising, etc.), and we’ll recommend the best options.
